I absolutely adore the outdoors……but I love it so much more when it is warm.
It just makes things so much easier….less kit to pack, no muddy feet (or paws), ability to leave kit outside instead of trying to keep everything inside (&dry!) when you camp, spontaneous swimming, eating Al fresco – and that’s just the practical side.
But I also love the emotional side….people smile more, people chat more, people DO more!
I have had the most amazing week – swimming in waterfalls, tarns, rivers & lakes, paddleboarding & meeting up with friends.
So while I am enjoying my break, I have made some recordings so that you can maintain some consistency with your Pilates practice.
