    1. Hi Michelle – yes, you can just turn up as it is a drop-in class. It is mixed ability so the exercises are offered at various levels, so that you can work to suit your own ability.     I’m 7 months pregnant, live in Appleby and am looking for a pilates class.

    I currently am not working fridays so am interested if you take pregnant ladies on your classes & who can join the friday classes at Police HQ?

    I am interested in starting the pilates on Monday at Temple Sowerby. Do I need to book or can I just turn up? Also, when do they start? I have never done Pilates before, so is it gym kit?! Thank you!

  3. Hi Harriet,

    you can come along to the Temple Sowerby class at any point.
    I usually run 5 weeks at a time for £20 or you can ‘drop in’ for £4.50 per class.
    There are 3 weeks more of this set of 5 – a little bit disjointed with dates, due to the Easter holidays, bank holidays etc.
    The next available class will be MON 9TH MAY.
    It is a mixed ability class so I offer a variety of levels with the exercises. You don’t need any special equipment or clothing, just something that you can move easily in but not too baggy (as I need to be able to see your positioning) & bare feet.
    I have mats, but some people prefer to use their own.

  6. What you posted was very logical. But, think about this, what if you were to write a awesome headline?
    I mean, I don’t wish to tell you how to run your blog,
    however suppose you added a post title that makes people desire more?
    I mean Classes | Core Fitness Appleby Blog is kinda plain. You should
    peek at Yahoo’s front page and see how they create post titles to get
    people interested. You might try adding a video
    or a pic or two to get people excited about everything’ve got to say.
    Just my opinion, it would make your posts a little
    bit more interesting.

    I am thinking of coming to your unite and Pilates classes in a tues at Appleby. How much for both ? I have a stiff lower back and terrible tension in my shoulder and next, work related I think, I thought these classes might help me stand better at work and stretch out my tension.

    1. Hi Dawn – the UNITE class is £3 (pay to me) & the Pilates is £4.50 (pay to sports centre). Hope to see you later D xx

    I would like to attend the Temple Sowerby classes on a Monday; how many weeks are left on this session? I have done pilates before but not for a while, and I am very stiff at the moment so will be back at beginners level!
