Hi – my name is Debbie Chambers and I teach Pilates & fitness classes around the Appleby area – although currently still just ONLINE (watch this space – NEW venue details coming soon)
I mostly teach Pilates, which improves core stability, increases strength & flexibility and improves alignment. It encourages a positive posture – this on the whole improves mental wellbeing.

I am in my 14th year of teaching now and try to promote an enjoyable experience when you come to a class! A relaxed but effective approach where everyone should be able to work at their own specific level without feeling the need to compete with others – you get out what you put in!
