For a £10 deposit, you can secure a place on my Summer Boost evening on 31st August.

An introduction to or an advanced pilates class, a cookery demo & THE most delicious food you could taste – all in one evening. There will also be an assortment of summer punches (alcoholic & non-alcohlic!!) avaialble from the bar.

This is aimed at being an enjoyable,  social evening – so see you there!

I am holding a social evening at the end of the Summer holidays to include an introduction to Pilates, an advanced class, a cookery demo & fabtastic food, so whether you need a boost at the end of the Summer, a kick start back to classes, a little treat or you are just plain curious, then this is the evening for you!!!

Cardio class

Cardio fat burner.

Starts back on Tue 3 May @ appleby sports centre.(6.30-7.15pm)
Short timed blasts of strength & pulse raising exercises – ideal to kickstart fat burning.
I will also add in some random tracks of choreographed power exercises – to keep you on your toes!
Come along & give it a go.
I guarantee you’ll be proud of yourself!

Classes resume

Classes start back after Easter from Tue 3 May.

Sports centre classes on Tue & Thu evenings –  booking is advisable – 52957.


There will be a  NEW fat burner class starting at 6.30pm on a Tuesday evening after the half term – please let myself or Louise (at the sports centre – 52957) know if you are interested.


Don’t forget that I run an aerobic/body conditioning class on a Wednesday morning and welcome mums and children – Centre 67 at 9.30am.


If you didn’t get to an earlier Pilates class, there is another on Thur night at the sports centre at 8pm  or if you have missed all of these – last chance is a Friday lunch time at Penrith Police HQ ay 12.15.


Next 5 week block starts at Temple Sowerby on Mon 28th Feb 2011. (£20 for 5 weeks)
