1. Stretch your toes daily
2. Try standing on the balls of your feet, keep the body upright & hold your balance – try 10 seconds to start with & build up to 1 minute
3. Do a mexican wave – try lifting all toes and then lowering them down one at a time – like a wave effect
4. Toe tapping – try lifting all ten toes, then tapping just your big toe down (practice makes perfect!!)
5. ..and stretch – lift all toes & then spread them out (I find that using your fingers in synchronisation with your toes can sometimes help!!)
