My clean week!

Mon – spinach omelette for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch & chicken & veg for dinner. All washed down with water & fruit/green tea.

Tue – Eggs for breakfast, green curry for lunch & fish & veg for tea

Wed – thai chicken & veg soup for lunch, egg salad for tea

Thu – Tuna salad & hummus for lunch, clean bolognaise with veg spaghetti for tea

Fri – big egg & green salad & hummus, almonds & yogurt, coconut water & green juice to break the 22 hr fast. Bring on the weekend!!
