Flyer t-table Monday PILATES intervals – 7pm (*online) Monday Mat PILATES – 7.30pm (*online) Wednesday HIIT (30 mins) Bolton village hall 9.30am £5 Wednesday PILATES (45 mins) Bolton village hall 10.15am £6 Thursday PILATES intervals –  7.30pm  (*online) *online sessions are £12 per month (3 per week)
