I love my job……
Thanks to doing my classes (& to everyone that comes to them!) I was able to complete the Coniston half trail marathon on Sunday in a great time of 1 hr 58 . THANKS to all who keep me going!!!

Olympians in the making….
Well done ladies – tonight was awesome! Both classes this evening were brilliant – even with the very loose link to the ‘Swim’ theme! Maybe it was the sun, maybe it was the buzz of the impending Olympic torch journey tomorrow or maybe your enthusiasm after 2 weeks off! whatever the reason – you rocked!!!
